Building more human systems by making missing context visible.
I develop recruiting formats, products and reflection tools that make visible what CVs, labels, rankings or individual answers leave out. The aim is not to sort people into more precise boxes, but to help them — and the systems around them — make decisions that fit better.
btshq.online makes the relationship visible: recruiting work, conversations, products and reflection tools are different responses to the same question — what context is missing before a decision can genuinely fit the person?
Explore the positioning and the work →A CV, label or result can be a starting point. It must not be mistaken for the whole person.
The first product question is: what should become meaningfully different for the person afterwards? Features come second.
Reflection can create structure and reveal differences without turning them into a score for a person, a life or a relationship.
Systems can offer patterns and questions. Interpretation remains with the person whose life or experience is being considered.
