How do I find my unfair advantage?
Do not look only for one spectacular strength. Look for a repeated combination of ability, experience, energy, access and situations in which other people rely on you. A useful personal advantage is a pattern you can test in real life.
This structured self-reflection produces hypotheses. It is not a scientifically validated personality assessment or a psychological or medical diagnosis.
Before starting
This one goes deeper.
- We're not trying to put you into a type.
- Be specific when you can. Real situations beat idealised self-images.
- Don't optimise your answers. There is no universally best stack.
- Skip anything you do not want to answer.
