For me, btshq.online isn't a traditional portfolio. It's an attempt to bring projects, thoughts, people, career, and personal development together in one place—just the way my mind works anyway.

For a long time, I tried to keep different parts of my life neatly separate.
Work here. Projects there. Thoughts somewhere in notes. Ideas in chat histories. Contacts in different apps. Personal development somewhere else again.
On paper, that sounds orderly.
In reality, it never really worked for me.
The more I built, the clearer it became that these areas don't exist separately for me. An idea from a job interview can later become a product. An observation about people can suddenly explain why a feature works. A hobby can spark a product idea. A personal crisis can change what I even consider success.
My life doesn't work in separate folders.
Why should my personal website?
Most personal websites answer roughly the same questions:
Who are you? What have you done? How can people contact you?
That makes sense. But at some point, it wasn't enough for me.
I didn't want to build a place that only shows what's already finished.
I wanted a place that feels alive.
A place for projects as they take shape. For thoughts as they change. For people who become part of my story. For things that work—and just as much for things that are still unfinished.
That's why I call btshq.online my Digital HQ.
Not because everything there is perfectly organized.
But because as many threads as possible come together there.
When I work on a product, I rarely think only about that one product.
I think about what problem it solves. Which people would use it. How it should feel. Which other products might fit with it. What data might be useful later. What could come of it in two years.
Sometimes that's helpful.
Sometimes it means a small idea suddenly grows twelve more layers.
That's exactly why I wanted to show more than just finished projects on btshq.online not just show finished projects.
I also want to show how this world is interconnected.
What's taking shape right now? What's already real? Which idea belongs to which bigger vision? And which people are part of it?
A large part of my work so far has always involved people.
Recruiting. Mentoring. Community. Interviews. Partnerships. Collaboration.
That's why a classic project page eventually felt wrong.
After all, products don't emerge in a vacuum.
People help. People inspire. People open doors. People build alongside you. People give feedback. Some are only with you for a brief moment and still change something.
That's why the World Map on btshq.online isn't just a map with pins.
In the long run, it's more like a map of my connections.
Partners. Interviews. Projects. Encounters. Places.
A personal network that can grow in plain sight.
On the internet, we often show only the results.
The new job. The finished product. The launch. The success.
But a large part of life itself happens before that.
In phases when you don't yet know whether something will work.
When you have ten ideas at once.
When you contradict yourself.
When one direction suddenly stops making sense and another makes all the more sense.
I wanted a place where this movement could have room too.
Not as a public diary of every detail of my life.
But as a more honest picture of how things take shape.
Some sections of btshq.online might not look like parts of a personal website at first glance.
Life Alignment. Find Your Next Step. Personal Advantage. Money Profile.
The reason is simple:
Many of the questions behind them are ones I ask myself.
What do I actually want? What am I particularly good at? Which patterns keep repeating? What kind of environment suits me? Why do I make certain decisions?
I find it exciting to build small interactive experiences around questions like these.
Not with the aim of putting people into a perfect category.
But as a tool for reflection.
If someone comes away with a thought about themselves they hadn't had before, the tool has served its purpose.
For a long time, I thought more than I wrote.
Or, more precisely:
I wrote a lot—just rarely in public.
Notes. Concepts. Messages. Product ideas. Long chat histories. Thoughts that disappear somewhere.
Writing is meant to give them a permanent place.
Not every text has to be perfect.
Not every thought has to contain a grand thesis.
But some thoughts deserve not to end up in just any private document.
This article is probably the best first example of that.
That belongs here too, for me.
What series am I watching right now? What games am I playing? What books am I reading? Which films and anime have stayed with me?
That may not have any direct professional value.
But that's exactly the point.
A person is more than a résumé, projects, and productivity.
Taste says something too.
Maybe even more than you think.
That's why there's now a small, curated Nerd Corner.
Not as a complete media library.
Streamory will be created for that at some point.
This is simply a small glimpse into my world.
That sounds dangerous for someone who likes adding yet another layer to products.
But I don't mean that the site should never reach a finished state.
Of course, it should work.
It should be fast. Reliable. Secure. Clear.
But the content can continue to evolve.
New projects will be added.
Some may disappear again.
New people will become part of the World Map.
Thoughts change.
Products grow.
And in a few years, I'll probably think differently about some of the things written here today.
That's okay.
In the end, the idea is surprisingly simple.
I wanted a place on the internet that I don't have to explain from scratch every time.

One address for many different parts of my life.
Not perfectly separated.
But connected to each other.

Maybe btshq.online is therefore less a website than an ongoing personal system.
And this is just the beginning.
